⏱ How long until I get my order?+
Since everything is printed on demand, we need 24–48h to print and pack, then deliver in 2–5 business days depending on your area. Major cities are usually faster.
🎨 Can I upload my own design?+
Yes! Contact us with your design file (PNG/PDF, at least 300 DPI). Our team will advise on products and quote your custom print.
🧺 How do I care for printed products?+
Apparel: wash inside out in cold water, no bleach, don't iron directly on the print. Mugs: dishwasher-safe, but hand washing preserves the print longer. Posters: avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
↩ Can I return or exchange items?+
Yes, within 30 days for printing defects, manufacturing faults, or wrong items. See details in our Returns policy.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?+
Cash on delivery (COD), PayPal/Apple Pay, Visa/Mastercard, and bank transfer. Every transaction is securely encrypted.
